Set Key/Value

Set Key/Value action sets a specified value to a key in a record

The Set Key/Value action sets a specified value to a key in a record. When applied to your processing rule, The Set Key/Value Keys action will set a specified value for every occurrence of a key in your records.

For example, given the following sample website log data:

To set the value purchase for the key action:

1. In the processing rules tab, in the Actions dropdown, select Set Key/Value.

2. In the Key field, enter action.

3. In the Value field, enter purchase.

4. Click Apply.

Your processing rule will now set the value for the action Key to purchase for all records in your pipeline.
