Introduction to Sources

Source plugins are plugins allow you to configure Calyptia Core to receive your input telemetry data either through either receiving (push) or collecting (pull).

With source plugins, you can integrate Calyptia Core with several data sources.

Available source plugins include those for Apache Kafka, OpenTelemetry, Beats, Logstash, Syslog, Prometheus, and S3 buckets, which let you receive various data types, including logs, metrics, traces, and events. These plugins are designed to be flexible, allowing you to customize their configuration to suit your specific needs. Whether you're working with a small-scale application or a large-scale distributed system, Calyptia Core's source plugins are capable of handling your data.
