OpenTelemetry source plugin

OpenTelemetry is an open source observability framework that enables you to collect, process, and export telemetry data from your applications and services. It provides a unified and standardized way to capture and analyze metrics, traces, and logs, helping you gain valuable insights into the performance and behavior of your systems.

OpenTelemetry consists of a set of libraries and agents that can be integrated into your applications and services. It supports various programming languages and platforms and provides a wide range of integrations with other tools and systems.
