Support Portal

Calyptia Enterprise for Fluent Bit customers are provisioned support portal access once a subscription is started. This portal allows you to log tickets, check the status of tickets, as well as communicate with Calyptia for your needs.

Accessing the Support Portal

The support portal can be found at From here you can use the credentials given to you through the signup process

Logging a ticket

To log a ticket within the Calyptia Portal you can click Submit a Request on the main page and fill in proper details. To expedite troubleshooting we ask for the following information:

  1. Version of aggregator and pipeline
  2. Configuration that is causing issues
  3. Clear description of the impact and behavior that is failing to work properly
  4. Log files and/or other pertinent information relevant to the investigation
